How it works: point A → personal goals → a 6-month plan → monthly follow-up and adjustment → re-assessment → point B.
Over six months the programme works in sequence on nutrition and lifestyle, metabolic health and body composition, energy, endurance and recovery, sleep, stress and cognitive function, and your individual longevity factors — then consolidates the results and sets the plan for what comes next.
Payment: AED 5,000 a month for 6 months (AED 30,000 in total), or AED 18,000 paid at once — AED 12,000 less, effectively AED 3,000 a month.
AGE RESET is not a set of separate procedures but a single six-month programme with personal goals, physician follow-up and tracked progress.
